What differences between A and B revisions?

Normaly when HP change some from A/B it's due to production that has change. Like new version of the flopy driver or the power.
The specification are the same. Same MB on the floppy etc.
HP41CX with CCD module . HP41CV . HP42S + many other HP calculators

One difference, if I remember correctly, was that the B version added LED's on the front panel that showed the approximate remaining amount of battery life. That was very helpful since the drive is so power hungry.

I have both drives in my basement - the B model in addition to the extra LEDs also used a different, slimmer, drive (1/2 vs 1/1 height?).
