Hi there!

Just wondering if anyone had any information about this module as somebody asked me if I could find out for them, as apparently a few are showing up from old surplus being cleared out.

It seems that they are fairly rare or hard to get hold of, only thing I could find was a tiny bit of information on a old Ebay listing but can't find anything more on them. What were its use in the hp-41 calculator?

Thanks for your time :)

According to http://calc.fjk.ch/db/hp41mod.php (which is linked in the HP-41 section of the links page on my website), it's an artillery fire data computer for Howitzer L119. :D

Hi thanks for your response, what would it's purpose be in a hp-41 calculator then?

Found this on Google
I remember the HP41C. Back in the day, we Gunners used the 41C (with programmable strip reader) for calculating firing data for C1, L5 and M109 howitzers. Worked OK but experienced plotter board techs could beat it every time
