NutEm/PC bugfix pending

NutEm/PC simulates after some printer commands a short 'printer bussy' period of the 82143A. Resetting the 'Nut CPU cycle count' extends this period extremely what provokes a permanent PRINT ERROR.
With next update of NutEm/PC this bug is fixed. Until then there are three options to avoid this problem, i) use another printer, ii) do not reset the Nut CPU cycle count, or iii) perform a power cycle of the simulated 82143A.
